IAC 2015 Gala Dinner

Come and experience an unforgettable night of unique Middle-Eastern culture and cuisine in the historical village of Abu Gosh.

On the way up to Jerusalem, among turns and bends of the hilly scenery, lies the village of Abu Gosh.
It is a Christian-Arab village built on a mountainside, rich in history that dates back 6,000 years.

Abu Gosh is synonymous with Middle-Eastern cuisine, a wonderful, delightful mixture served in a variety of ways and with spicy garnishing. In fact, in recent years Abu Gosh has become a “hot spot” for visitors from Israel and around the world looking to experience authentic Arabic food.

Entering the village of Abu Gosh you will immediately become engulfed by the richness of smells and colors.
Arabic culture, culinary traditions, hospitality, and generosity will surround you throughout the night, with much sharing and a great deal of warmth over the dinner table – which the Middle East is famous for.

And to top it all off, unique and delicious desserts will be served accompanied by an enchanting display of belly dancing.
