Booking Terms and Conditions
We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible.  Hotel reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details for the deposit are supplied. Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel.

Payment
In order to secure the booking, all requests for accommodation must be accompanied by a deposit of one night.  Full payment for hotel must be completed prior to your arrival.  With your signature you authorize Paragon group (Dan Knassim Ltd.) To charge your credit card for the balance of your account 6 weeks prior to your arrival for services ordered. Delegates who paid their deposit via bank transfer are required to send the balance of outstanding accommodation charges at least 42 days before arrival. Full prepayment prior to arrival is required for all hotel accommodations.  Paragon Group (Dan Knassim Ltd.) accepts Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, American Express credit cards and bank transfers.  Bank charges are the responsibility of the customer and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
