Equipment Loading / unloading – During set-up days, trucks /heavy duty vehicles can unload the equipment at the designated area in the ICC convention center only after arranging their time slot via Hermes Exhibitions & Projects
Deliveries – Starting Friday, October 9, 17:00 up to Saturday, October 10, 18:00 – No deliveries of Hermes Exhibitions & Projects
Exhibitor Badges – Exhibitors are required to wear their exhibit badges for all the duration of the congress
