Registration Includes: Admission to the Exhibit Hall, Plenary Program, all scientific and technical sessions, the Opening Ceremony, the Welcome Reception, the Closing Ceremony, coffee breaks and delegate kit.

*Retired Person is defined as no longer employed and full-time retired, (will be requested to provide a copy of their passport).

**Young professionals will have to upload an ID card or passport as a proof of the 35 years of age limitation (that has to be valid at the time of the Congress)

*** Students will be requested to upload a valid student card (that has to be valid at the time of the Congress)

****Primary and secondary level teachers must provide a document from their organization that confirms that they are primary or secondary teachers

***** Registration for Accompanying Persons includes: Admission to the Exhibit Hall, Plenary Program, the Opening Ceremony and the Welcome Reception. It DOES NOT include access to the technical sessions. Accompanying Person is defined as a spouse, civil partner, translator or administrative assistant.

******Accredited press will have to upload a valid Press Card or provide any other document proofing their status of “Media”

Delegates are required to wear their Congress badge at all times. For the safety and security of all IAC 2015 participants, no exceptions will be permitted.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Refund of Registration Fees will be made upon receipt of a written notification by fax or e-mail only. Until Sep 9, 2015: cancellation charge of €50. From Sep 10, 2015: no refund.
